What Do I Get if I join the Scheme?

There are three purchase options available:

  • IDEA Standard Only – You’ll receive access to the IDEA Standard document only.
  • Full Package – You’ll receive the IDEA Standard, Guidance Notes, your first Annual Assessment, plus a full set of templates.
  • Annual Assessment – Access to the Annual Assessment to submit evidence and receive the Pledge Mark only, (no access to the Standard, Guidance Notes, or Templates).

Purchase of the Full Package includes:

  • The IDEA Standard – A framework document outlining the standard in clear sections relating to specific aspects of your organisation
  • Guidance Notes – A comprehensive document outlining the requirements of the IDEA Standard in more detail, and giving examples where appropriate.
  • A Full Set of Templates
    • IDEA Gap Analysis (to help you assess what you already have in place, and how well you’re meeting the IDEA Standard Requirements)
    • Task Implementation Checklist (to help you track the actions you need to take, and when you’ve completed them)

  • Annual Assessment – Once you’ve completed the actions needed to meet the requirements of the IDEA Standard, you can submit evidence for an assessment and receive the pledge mark to display as a badge of honour, signifying your organisation’s commitment to being an welcoming, inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible employer.
    • An Assessment must be completed annually in order to retain the use of the Pledge Mark. Access to your first annual assessment is included as part of the full package, but must be purchased separately from year 2 onwards.

Why do our prices vary depending on the number of employees? Because more evidence will need to be submitted in order to give a reliable sample of your organisation’s progress towards IDEA practices, and so more time is needed to complete the assessment.
