Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 10th November 2025

1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of the IDEA Standard, IDEA Guidance Notes, IDEA Templates, and IDEA Assessment.

2. Course Access
Upon payment via PayPal, you will receive access to the IDEA Standard, IDEA Guidance Notes, IDEA Templates, and IDEA Assessment as appropriate. Access is granted for 365 days.

3. Intellectual Property
All course content is owned by Kathy Clements and Associate Enterprises Limited. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for the implementation of IDEA practices only.

4. Certificates
Certificates are awarded automatically upon successful completion of the Annual Assessment.

5. Support
Support is available via our FreshDesk ticketing system. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not offered once the content has been accessed.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the course fee paid.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
